Coachfinder Coach Agreement

Platform Role

Coachfinder is a technology platform facilitating bookings and payments between clients and independent coaches. CHC Investments (Pty) Ltd does not provide coaching services.

Independent Contractor

The Coach operates as an independent contractor and service provider on Coachfinder — not as an employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent of CHC Investments (Pty) Ltd. The Coach is solely responsible for their services, qualifications, conduct, and tax obligations.

Wallet Withdrawals

Coach wallet balances may be withdrawn subject to platform rules and admin approval. Approved wallet withdrawal requests are paid out within 2–3 business days after approval via the nominated payout method.

Cancellations (48-Hour Rule)

The Coach agrees to the platform cancellation rules: clients must cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session to qualify for a full refund where applicable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may be charged, forfeited, or handled per the Dispute & Refund policy and coach settings.

Verification

All identification and certification documents submitted must be accurate, current, and may be re-verified at any time. False or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.

Free Trial

Where offered: 30 free sessions or one month of access — whichever comes first — after verification. Trial sessions do not roll over and must be used within the active free period. No commission applies during the trial.

Pricing & Fees

Coachfinder charges no commission on coaching sessions. Only bank processing and platform administrative fees apply, as set out in the Subscription & Pricing Schedule.

Payment Methods & On-Platform Payments

Payments may be made via BMS, PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer as enabled on the platform. All bookings and payments originating from Coachfinder must be processed on-platform.

Liability & Consumer Protection

CHC Investments (Pty) Ltd is not liable for coaching outcomes, advice, or results, subject to the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable law.

Data Protection (POPIA)

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the platform Privacy Policy.

Electronic Acceptance

Acceptance is confirmed via electronic checkbox, digital signature, or continued use of the platform in terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). Current legal documents are published at /legal.
